Africa

Across the African continent, bloody conflicts rage.  Because Africa is so rich in the resources that fuel the global extractivist economy, the roots of such instability and suffering can be traced to nearly a century of  ("post/neo") colonial military coups, many instigated and carried out by the United States and European nations. 

Mainstream media is silent about the ongoing U.S. role in the destabilization of African nations.  Below are links to articles that provide much-needed information about the misery inflicted on African peoples by rapacious corporations backed by imperial military powers:
